1. Agreement

By downloading or using CaloDine ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What CaloDine is

CaloDine provides informational estimates and suggestions to help you choose restaurant menu items that fit your personal calorie and macronutrient targets. CaloDine is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended for diagnosis or treatment of any condition.

3. Estimates only

Nutrition information shown in the app consists of estimates. Actual nutrition varies by location, portion, preparation, and recipe changes. You are responsible for verifying nutrition and ingredient information, including allergens, directly with the restaurant.

4. No restaurant affiliation

CaloDine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any restaurant brand mentioned in the app. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

5. Subscriptions

CaloDine requires an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; you will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the app or its data.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaloDine disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaloDine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on nutrition estimates or AI suggestions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
