Billing & subscriptions
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account:
- Cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CaloDine → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the yearly plan's 7-day free trial ends and you pay nothing.
- Restore purchases: in the app, go to Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases (or the Restore button on the unlock screen).
- Refunds: Apple processes all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Common questions
The app shows a plan/unlock screen after I subscribed
Tap Restore Purchases on that screen while connected to the internet, and make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
How do I change my goals, macros, or food preferences?
Profile tab → tap any stat or preference row. Targets recalculate automatically unless you've set them manually.
How do I delete my data?
Everything is stored on your device. Profile → Reset App Data erases it instantly, or simply delete the app.
A nutrition number looks wrong
All values are estimates and menus change often, and we'd still love to fix it. Email us the restaurant, meal, and what looks off.
